I'm looking forward to presenting a program during the EMS Care 2012 in Ocean City, Maryland.  Maryland EMS Care 2012 ~ Broad Horizons runs April 12‐15, 2012, at the Clarion Resort Fontainebleau Hotel.  My presentation is on the Do's and Don'ts of Social Media in EMS and is part of the breakout presentations on Saturday, April 14, from 1:15 pm to 2:45 pm.  I hope to see you there!!!

Social media has its place in Emergency Medical Services and can play a role in promoting a safe and healthy lifestyle, and the daily activities of your department. There are several EMS areas where social media should never be considered and could end up costing you your career.
