The Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission (WSSC) has recently released a "hydrant locator" application called HyLo. The application allows the user to identify hydrants closest to an address and other valuable information about individual hydrants. The information provided in this application is available for WSSC's respective service area.
WSSC encourages firefighters to try the new application and provide feedback about the program.
The application can be accessed by going to:
http://gisweb.wsscwater.com/hylo/
Feedback should be directed to: Mr. I.J. Hudson, at IHudson@wsscwater.com
