All Fire/EMS Personnel,
Dangerously low wind chills are expected over the next
few days. Protect yourself and patients from frostbite/hypothermia by
covering exposed skin (hats, gloves, blankets, etc.)
Also, sustained wind speeds will increase to 15-20 MPH this
evening through late tomorrow afternoon (1/9/15). Factor this into ALL
operational considerations (ventilation, fire spread, mode of attack, rehab).
