Regional Bomb Squad Readiness and Coordination
            
A Regional Bomb Squad Readiness and Coordination news conference has been scheduled on Tuesday, August 9, 2011 at 10:00 am at the Public Safety Communications Center in Prince George’s County.  The signing of an executive order confirming the coordinated efforts by state and local accredited bomb squads, Maryland Emergency Management Agency (MEMA), and Governor’s Office of Homeland Security (GOHS) will commence at the conference. 
         
Your presence is graciously requested at this momentous event occurring at the new state of the art emergency operations center:

FROM POINTS NORTH AND SOUTH:

Take Route 3 (Crain Highway) towards Bowie, Maryland.
Take the exit at Belair Drive.
Follow the signs to Melford Boulevard.
You will enter a traffic circle.  Make the second turn, continuing on Melford Boulevard.
You will enter a second traffic circle. Make the second turn, continuing on Melford Boulevard.
Public Safety Communications is the 1st building on the right.

FROM POINTS EAST AND WEST:

Take Route 50 (John Hanson Highway) towards Bowie, Maryland.
Take 13-C towards Belair Drive/Melford Boulevard.
Follow the signs to Melford Boulevard.
You will enter a traffic circle.  Make the second turn, continuing on Melford Boulevard.
You will enter a second traffic circle. Make the second turn, continuing on Melford Boulevard.
Public Safety Communications is the 1st building on the right.
