A "job well done" to a Prince George's County Public Safety Communication Call Taker. She calmly coached a father through childbirth using Emergency Medical Dispatch protocol. The incident happened on Sunday, October 21, while on the way to Holy Cross Hospital, the family had to pull over on the shoulder of the Capital Beltway between Route One and Interstate 95 in College Park.
