Prince George's County Fire Chief Marc S. Bashoor recently presented several Emergency Services Awards.  The awards were presented to deserving individuals for actions on the scene of incidents.  Chief Bashoor told each recipient that their actions were commendable and reflected favorably on themselves and on the entire Prince George's County Fire/Emergency Medical Services Department {EMS} Department as well.

Congratulations on a job well done!!!

Fire Fighter/Medic Antonio D. Cole received Emergency Services Award fir his efforts while off-duty in pulling a critically injured female out of a burning car that was involved in an MVC.  Cole sustained an injury while doing so.

Fire Fighter/Medic Technician Anthony Taylor received an Emergency Services Award for his actions on the scene of a small plane crash on Route 50 in Bowie.
Paramedic Captain Roland Berg received an Emergency Services Award for his actions on the scene of a small plane crash on Route 50 in Bowie.

Fire Fighter/Medic Andrew Breen and Fire Fighter Matthew Cardoso received an Emergency Services Award for their combined rescue of a man trapped on the third floor of his burning townhouse in District Heights.
