On Thursday, March 24, 2011, the Prince George’s County Fire/EMS Department will hold two events honoring those that have and continue to serve our citizens and residents.
At 11:00 am, a Past Chiefs Portrait Unveiling, Hall of Fame Induction and the 2010 Fire Chiefs Special Achievement Award presentation will be held at the Cranford-Graves Fire Services Building in Landover Hills. Past Chiefs Sedgwick and Jones will unveil their portraits that will be forever displayed in the hallway of the Fire Services Building and Greg Cade and Randy Shank will be inducted into the Fire Chiefs Hall of Fame.
At 7:00 pm an event will be held at Florian Hall in Bowie recognizing personnel that have been promoted and a special recognition for those that made CPAT successful. County Executive Baker is scheduled to appear and speak at this event.
