Yvette Cade's Story Debuts Tonight at 9:30 pm

The Prince George's County Fire/Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department has been notified that a show that debuts this evening includes commentary from Assistant Chief Corey Smedley.  Smedley was a paramedic on-board Medic 25 out of the Clinton Fire/EMS Station on October 10, 2005, when the unthinkable happened.

Deadly Match
Premieres Wednesday, July 11th, 9:30pm

When single mom Yvette Cade was visiting family in Maryland from her hometown of Akron, Ohio, her aunt couldn't stop raving about an outgoing, well-mannered client named Roger Hargrave, that she thought would be perfect for Yvette. And when the two finally met, Roger was instantly attracted and gallantly began pursuing her. When Yvette returned to Ohio, Roger made sure she did not forget about him. He called regularly, and even wrote her long love letters. He was the perfect gentleman, and soon Yvette made the move to Maryland, and the pair was married. Yvette finally had the life she had always hoped for. But six months into the marriage, Yvette noticed some troubling changes in Roger's behavior. He began calling her constantly, checking in on where she was at all times. All of a sudden, it seemed that Roger didn't trust her. Soon, Roger's calls became incessant, and his jealousy would spark petty fights that steamrolled into full-blown brawls. By 2004, Yvette had had enough. She made Roger move out and she was ready to move on. But Roger was determined to make sure that could not happen. On October 10, 2005 Roger made a threatening call to Yvette warning her that he was going to "fry her like Crisco grease." Ignoring his threats, Yvette went to work. But when Roger showed up at her job, he made good on that promise, telling her one last time that he loved her and lighting a match! 

Who the (Bleep) Did I Marry?: Deadly Match (Yvette Cade’s story) premieres tonight on Investigation Discovery at 9:30 PM.  It will re-air 7/12 at 12:30 am, and 7/14 at 8:30 pm and 11:30 pm.
