* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...20 TO 25 PERCENT.
* WINDS...NORTHWEST 15 TO 20 MPH WITH GUSTS UP TO 30 MPH.
* FUEL MOISTURE...5 TO 8 PERCENT.
* IMPACTS...THE COMBINATION OF GUSTY WINDS AND DRY FUELS WILL
PROMOTE RAPID SPREAD OF ANY UNCONTROLLED FIRES.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A RED FLAG WARNING MEANS THAT CRITICAL FIRE WEATHER CONDITIONS
ARE EITHER OCCURRING NOW...OR WILL SHORTLY. A COMBINATION OF
