College Park House Fire

Just after 5:00 am firefighters from the College Park area responded to the 5200 block of Palco Place for a report of a house fire. Fire/EMS units arrived to find a 2-story home with multiple levels inside. Extreme congestion of materials stored in the house made it challenging to negotiate inside the home.

An adult female was transported to a hospital suffering from smoke inhalation. A search continues for the adult male occupant believed to still be inside the house.

A 2nd alarm equivlant of personnel and equipment are on the scene.

The bulk of the fire was out at around 6:45 am. The investigation continues. Extensive overhaul is in progress.
