With these promotions, several organizational changes will take effect this Sunday, December 25, 2016. Some of the changes will streamline operations, while others simply fill previously vacated positions. While the attached chart shows the new organization, the essence of the changes is captured in the following bullets:
- Facilities, Logistics, and Supply will return to two distinct offices. Facilities Operation & Construction under the direction of Assistant Chief Gary Krichbaum, and Logistics and Supply under the command of Assistant Chief Alicia Francis.
- Technical Services (previously Technical Rescue) will encompass Technical Rescue, Water Rescue, Hazardous Materials, and the Tactical Medic program, under the command of Acting Assistant Chief Michael Marino. Volunteer Assistant Chief William Corrigan will fill the role of Technical Services Liaison, under the Emergency Services Command.
- The Operational Performance Office (previously Operational Compliance) will be under the command of Assistant Chief Christian Wargo, under the Emergency Services Command. Volunteer Assistant Chief Nick Finamore will fill the role of Operational Performance Liaison.
