PGPD Officer Needs Help

Brothers and Sisters,
As many of us prepare to celebrate Christmas and ring in 2018, one of our Sisters, Prince Georges County Police Officer First Class Gloria Neeld #3947, of the Criminal Investigation Division/Child and Vulnerable Adult Unit, is dealing with a personal tragedy. The Virginia home she was residing in burned down on Wednesday, December 20th. While her elderly mother escaped the blaze, seven of their beloved pets died in the fire. The family, who was not covered by the homeowners insurance policy, lost all of their belongings.
In an effort to help her recover from this tremendous loss, please consider making a donation directly to FOP 89 or to GoFundMe at http://www.gofundme.com/detective-neeld-and-fam. I am confident our collective support will make a huge difference by helping Gloria to provide the necessary care for her mother while she works to rebuild her life. Please forward any inquiries and/or offers of assistance to Sgt. J. Bellino at Jpbellino@co.pg.md.us.
