The Prince George's County Fire/Emergency Medical Services Department conducts annual recertification training for members of the Technical Rescue Team in Ice Rescue.  Volunteer and career members of the Department conduct training, weather permitting, on frozen bodies of water.  A recent period of below freezing temperatures provided an excellent opportunity to go on the ice and conduct the training.

Annual recertification includes classroom lecture and practical skills evaluation.

This particular training was conducted at Bladensburg Water Park on Friday, January 5, 2018.
